Very tasty pasta with many crestive dishes! :) we were on dinner for 2x and ordered 3x of them, with the one serving as an appetizer - Total Costa = 90EUR (incl. 2x glasses of wine + 1x dessert) What we liked: pasta was perfectly cooked, sauce taste as well, creativity of dishes is a plus What can be improved: 1) portion of pasta shall be bigger given the prices (nevertheless the amount of sauce was good-enough :) ) and 2) lava cake is very small for its price and nothing special overall Overall: Would come back to try further pasta dishes - a bit overpriced therefore 4x stars

Gustatio is our favourite restaurant in Amsterdam. The food is amazing, delicious pasta and focaccia. The atmosphere is delightful and the service is great. Highly recommend the bigoli alla carbonara.

A Italian restaurant on the Overtoom. You might think ‘Italian = Pizza’ but in this restaurant you cann’t order pizza! But what can you order: some classic and new Italian dishes. The service is good and friendly (Polish lady who is very friendly) but the waiting time between ordering and food on table is 40minutes. This is communicated very well when you order b t w In the waiting time you order some starters or ‘bread’. This Italian bread is focaccia or bruschetta and very good. The pasta is fresh made and is very good and tasty. The Tagiatelle is maybe the main dish but the lasagne is -imo- very good and affordable. Prices of all dishes are a little above average but worth for a special occasion. The wine (both red and white) are very good but if you have some cash to spent try also the cocktails (the limoncello spritz is very good!) Again the wine prizes are a little on the high end but don’t expect a standard house-wine. Is there something to improve? What I missed was the choice of a salads. The atmosphere (Italian is pizza) looks like a quick bite but it’s a full evening of dinning. We had a great time on the small terrace in the Sun. A place to remember.

The best cacio e pepe that I ate - and I have eaten a lot ! Everything was perfect on this restaurant : the food (great tomato focaccia), the people and the location. I highly recommend ! Wish I could live in Amsterdam just for it.

Excellent fresh pasta and lovely homely atmosphere. Definitely get the prawn lemon pasta and chocolate lava cake. The restaurant was busy and the food took about one hour to arrive, so just be prepared for slow service on busy days.

Tutto perfetto, la location è cozy and elegant, perfect for a date with your partner. 🍽️🕯️ The waiter found us very quickly a place even though the restaurant was full. We really wanted to try their pastas and we decided to order two carbonaras. The pasta was obviously fresh and perfectly cooked but we found it to be too salty. Maybe the reason for that was that there was a lot of guanciale, which however was crispy and tasty but too much for the amount of pasta we were served. We will come back to try more of their food because we think it is worth a try and we really want to change the stars of our review, but we will definitely ask for no extra salt 😅

Really good pasta place. I went there 2 times and tried 7 different pastas, my heart goes to Tagliatelle Panna Piselli Prosciutto e Funghi and Pappardelle 'Nduja e Burrata (quite spicy).
